This post is sponsored by Global Influence – thoughts are my own!

So, I have this dream of being a professional singer. Heading to a major city to audition for a show like NBC’s The Voice is right up my alley. There are 2 problems:

  1. I have major stage fright
  2. I can’t carry a tune in a bucket

In my dream I sound like Mariah. In reality I sound like a yowling alley cat in heat. No, I wont insult yowling alley cats like that.

Nonetheless, I would love nothing more than to be on stage while those 3 chairs turn around and the judges look at me with awe and admiration.

Especially Blake Shelton – look out Miranda!

dream bigOf course that’s just a dream and if it ever actually happened I would die. Right there. Exit stage left. Instead I watch many of these contestants, from the comfort of my home, with awe and admiration. I love the ones that give me chills! Not only are they brave to get up there and belt out incredible songs, but 90% of them are actually amazing!

And The Voice contestants (and judges) are beautiful!

Add that into one of the reasons I would never audition for The Voice or any other talent competition. I would be picking myself apart before I ever started. “OMG, my hair is a mess!” “Do I have lipstick on my teeth?” You know – stuff like that. That may be why CLEAR SCALP & HAIR THERAPY™ is so dedicated to helping you hit a high note and let your hair shine!
