Snacks wait for no (wo)man!

As many of you know I have been out of commission for the last week due to an emergency surgery. I’m happy to report that I’m on the mend and things are finally getting back to normal. Unfortunately I won’t be able to stick with next week’s birthday travel plans; Vegas will have to wait until mid September.

I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t completely bummed about this because I was so looking forward to being in Las Vegas for my birthday. Instead I’ll be home, celebrating with friends and family; which is how birthdays should be spent 🙂

As any one who has undergone surgery can attest, life doesn’t get put on pause because you’re recuperating. Life must go on and the kids must be fed! Unable to do much shopping outside of the internet, I sent my little brother on a #Snackation mission. I had some things in mind that I wanted to make and thankfully he chose to accept the mission.

We have a dire mission underway. The kids are unruly and tummies are growling. You are the only man for the job.

Your mission, should you choose to accept (non-acceptance may result in your immediate termination…) is to find and apprehend the following culprits:

  • Jif Hazelnut Spread
  • Smucker’s Strawberry Jam
  • and Smucker’s Fruit Fulls

The aforementioned were last spotted at our regular #Snackation rendezvous point: Walmart. Proceed with caution agent, as onlookers may get hostile when they realize they did not get there first. As always, be aware of imposters.

Being the brilliant, loving, and compliant agent brother he is, he saved the day. He brought home the bacon items on the list and all was right with the world. Now we’re busy planning out next week’s festivities and all I can say for now is tummies will be tickled and taste buds will be pleased!
