Like I said, this breakfast may be assembled the night before, just cover it and bake in the morning. Just be careful if you go this route – cold glass explodes in the oven!

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 6 tsp. granulated sugar
  • 6 slices bread


Preheat oven to 350. Grease a large casserole dish.

Beat the eggs and milk together in a large bowl

Mix together the cinnamon and sugar in a separate large bowl

Dip the bread in the egg mixture, then the cinnamon mixture then the egg mixture again.

Place in deep, greased casserole dish and bake for 25 minutes.
