Panda Express Copycat Orange Chicken Recipe

Have you ever been stumped on what to make for dinner? If you’re anything like me it happens all the time. Like tonight… I’m realizing I need to get groceries like yesterday. It’s not just my cupboards that are bare. Luckily I had everything I needed to make this Panda Express Copycat Orange Chicken.

Panda Express Copycat Orange Chicken RecipeIf you’re an orange chicken fan you’re going to love this. It’s easy, fairly quick and so good. I’d venture as far as to say it’s better than Panda Express’s Orange Chicken. I’m kind of glad that I hadn’t gone grocery shopping. If I had I may have not made this and wouldn’t have pleased my tummy as much as I did!

The orange flavor really explodes in this, so don’t skimp on the juice or zest. I may have used a little more than in the ingredients so again, don’t skimp!
