A few weeks ago I was searching for stuff to do in D.C. and happened upon the Groupon website. I had heard about it before but never really took the time to look into it. I was blown away by all of the money-saving deals they offered and started kicking myself for not using Groupon sooner. Seriously – I could have saved a TON of money over the past year alone!
See, Groupon doesn’t just offer deals on stuff to do, they have deals for nearly everything. Since I do a lot of my shopping online I was pleased to see they offer coupons for my favorite stores. I’m talking stores like Lane Bryant, Rue21, and belk just to name a few. The deals range from free shipping to deep discounts on specific items and total orders. Groupon offers more than 65,000 coupons from more than 9,000 stores.
Tell me again why I haven’t been using Groupon Coupons when I shop?!
I figured there have to be more people out there like me, who may have heard about Groupon but just haven’t taken the time to look at what they offer. That’s why I’m sharing this bit of insight with you today. I don’t want to be responsible for you kicking yourself when you realize how much you could save when you shop!
I think my favorite thing about using Groupon is you don’t need to register for anything. Just find the deal you want to use and click on it. That will take you directly to the store /deal page and you can get your shopping done as usual. It will also open a window with the coupon code you need to use for your big savings. You can sign up to get new deals and coupons delivered to your inbox. You can also register for a Groupon account to keep track of your savings and refer friends (you get $10 for each friend you refer!).
