One of my all-time favorite movies is Kindergarten Cop. I quote the movie at least twice a week and I’m shocked when some people look at me like they have never watched it.
Of course, they’ve seen it; everyone has watched Kindergarten Cop at least once in their lives, right?!
Because if you have never heard Arnold Schwartzanager say “It’s not a tumah”, then you are so missing out!
I’m going to go out on a limb here and assume you have seen Kindergarten Cop. Don’t correct me if you haven’t, I would never be able to look you in the eye. Instead, I’m going to smile and say, GET READY TO WIN A COPY OF Kindergarten Cop 2!
Find out more about the movie below the giveaway entry form!
Enter to win a DVD copy of Kindergarten Cop 2. The contest is open to U.S. residents only.

How many times have you looked at your insurance policy and shook your head? You hardly ever use the car yet you’re paying out the wahoo for a ‘Oh no!’ moment that will likely never happen. But there’s no other choice, right?
Wrong!
Metromile is a pay-per-mile insurance that only charges you for, you guessed it, how many miles you drive. If you drive less than 10,000 miles per year you could save hundreds on your car insurance using a pay-per-mile insurance carrier like Metromile.
The average Metromile customer saves $500 when they switch!
Metromile offers all the key levels of protection that the big auto insurance companies do, including:
Metromile also gives you a more informed driving experience which can help you save time and money. Using data gathered from Metromile Pulse, (an OBD-II device that plugs into your car’s computer system), you’ll only pay a few cents per mile and have a low monthly base rate for full coverage! Features include:
Car health information (diagnostic trouble codes)
Car location
Customizable trip logs
Mileage tracking for expense reporting
Driving trends
If you’re not in an area where pay-per-mile insurance is available you can still test drive Metromile with their free beta app. When you sign up you receive the Metromile Tag, a small device that wirelessly connects with your phone via iBeacon technology and delivers many of the valuable insights that per-mile insurance customers enjoy.
With the Metromile Tag you’ll get the same driving details as with the Pulse. You’ll have your car’s health information, location, trip logs, mileage tracking, and driving trends right at your fingertips. My favorite thing about the Tag is there’s no installation. You can keep it in the cup holder, glove compartment, your pocket, or anywhere in your car. As long as your phone is on (with Bluetooth enabled) everything is tracked.
It’s genius!
To help you get motivated we’re giving away a Metromile swag bag to one lucky reader. The bag includes the following items:
You don’t need to wait for the giveaway to end to get started with Metromile. Head over to their website to get pay-per-mile insurance or test drive the Metromile Tag for free.
In 1955 Culver City, creator Alberto, developed VO5 hair conditioning treatment to keep Hollywood starlets’ hair looking healthy and beautiful under the bright Hollywood lights, as depicted here in this vintage TV commercial.
Since then, the brand has created a number of other innovative products using its five essential vitamins including their original Hot Oil treatment to the new Shine, Glow & Go Beauty Oil.
To commemorate 60 years of innovation, the brand announced its petition to get the brand a star on Hollywood Boulevard. In order to get Alberto VO5 the much deserved star on Hollywood Boulevard, VO5 is calling fans to sign a virtual petition on its Facebook page.
*When you sign the petition you are also able to select to be sent coupons, promotions, and more!
All signatures via the drive will be compiled throughout 2015 and will be presented to the Walk of Fame organizers. You’re encouraged to show your support and spread the word about the drive by using #VO5is60.
V05 has been a brand my family has used as long as I can remember. My grandmother and mom swear by it so of course I was ecstatic at the chance to try out these yummy products (products were provided by V05). I love that they have kept up with their quality over the years. I’m even happier that they have come out with the new Beauty Oil; I just can’t get enough of this stuff!
Don’t get me wrong, I’m happy with the shampoo and conditioner (although the smell could be a little more prominent). I love the Hot Oil Therapy – it does amazing things for my hair. But the Beauty Oil – that is something I’ve been waiting for! It is usable on skin and hair which makes it a multi-purpose product. You all know how much I love those!
The oil leaves my hair shiny but not greasy and my skin absorbs it and is touchably soft all day. I’ve used the beauty oil on my face a couple times and there were no breakout but I’m still cautious about what I use on my face. It’s perfect for after shower moisturizing, which is what I use it for mainly.
You can find V05 nearly everywhere hair care products are sold. I’m also giving away the following products to one lucky (US) winner:
if part of your New Year’s Resolution was to eat healthier (and even if it wasn’t) I have a company you’re going to love. They are Ozery Bakery and the breads they sent for editorial consideration are so good you won’t know they’re good for you.
I have always been a bread lover; I could live on it and looking at my hips you’d think I have. Up until recently I didn’t have a high awareness for the breads I was eating. Turns out what I was eating wasn’t exactly good for me. Since the new year I have been sticking with breads that are made with whole wheat and grains and avoiding the over processed stuff. I wont say it has been easy because my first instinct is to grab anything that looks good.
Can you relate?
I’m trying to replace that instinct with reading labels and only buying the foods that don’t have the junk I’m trying to avoid.
Ozery Bakery was started 15 years ago by Al Ozery and his two sons, Alon and Guy. The family’s belief that balancing nutrition and taste is of the utmost importance has brought us (the consumer) healthier alternatives for delicious breads.
Ozery Bakery offers four primary products in a few scrumdiddlyumptious varieties:
OneBun (4 varieties)
Soft Ciabatta Thins (2 varieties)
Morning Rounds (4 varieties)
Snacking Rounds (3 varieties)
Each of the breads is made using whole foods that haven’t been exposed to chemicals or processing; there are no artificial preservatives. While they do not offer gluten free breads, they are all dairy and meat free. They are also kosher.
My experience with Ozery Bakery has been phenomenal. I got to try each of their Morning Rounds and Snacking Rounds varieties with my friends. Everyone raved about them with the only negative comment being that the Muesili was slightly dry. Schmear some light cream cheese on it and it is to-die-for good. Each variety I tried was amazing but my favorite was the Apples & Cinnamon Snacking Rounds. They are the perfect size for healthy snacking and they are wonderfully filling so I am not over indulging. Don’t get me wrong – I want to keep eating them because they are so good, but I don’t feel the need to.
The Morning Rounds from Ozery Bakery would make a great healthy Valentine’s Day breakfast! Cut off some edges to create a heart and fill with some low fat cream cheese or healthy peanut butter and serve with coffee, tea, or even mimosa’s! Try mixing some fresh fruits in for a brighter flavor. Yummy!
You can find Ozery Bakery products in stores (H.E.B., Costco, Whole Foods etc…) as well as shop at their online bakery. The preferred preserving method is to freeze them, but I can’t guarantee there will be any left over! They are really that good. Be sure to also connect with Ozery Bakery on their social media channels:
I’m so excited to give one of you (US & CA residents) a chance to win the same gift pack I received. It has each variety of Snack Rounds and Morning Rounds from Ozery Bakery. Just use the form below to enter and good luck!
