I love, love, love food. Especially snacks. But when  you eat the same snacks over and over they get boring. Sometimes you need to step outside the box and try something new. That’s when Love with Food comes in. They are a monthly subscription box with a vast array of fun snacks to try. Let’s take a look at April’s Love with Food box. Love with Food Review

Heart-tee by Wild Hibiscus Flower Co.Hibiscus teas have been proven to lower blood pressure, aid in weight loss and is rumored to reduce stress. I love that it was included in the box. The flavor is a little unique but definitely not bad.

Orchard Blend by Sensible Foods:  I’m not a huge fan of dried fruits but these weren’t horrible. They weren’t at all bland and the crispness of the fruits added a little something great.

Creamed Honey with Chocolate Mint by Vintage Bee: If this is nothing else it’s original. I never would have thought of this pairing but it’s actually really, really good with crackers. I could see it being a nice toast accompaniment too for those mornings where you’re craving something sweet.

Almonds with Cranberries, Honey & Sea Salt by Sahale Snacks: This was probably my favorite item in the box. So delicious and the texture variations between the fruit and the nuts was outstanding. So yummy!

Honey Waffle by MeliI was pleasantly surprised by this. Waffle cookie hugging honey doesn’t seem like a snack I would enjoy but boy did I.

Aged White Cheddar & Hatch Green Chile Popcorn by Crave Canyon:  I love snacks with a bite and this definitely bit. The savory meets spicy flavors in this popcorn were enough to keep me going back until the bag was empty.

Organic Energy by Bumble Bee: I wasn’t a huge fan of this. It had a decent enough flavor but the texture was, for lack of better words, strange. It could just be me though, I am a weird eater and textures make or break foods for me.

Fiordifrutta Organic Fruit Spread by Rigoni Di Asiago:  I love all things strawberry. This fruit spread was de-lic-iousThe flavors of the wild strawberries broke through offering a scrumptious accompaniment to my morning toast. Highly recommend this.

I recommend 98% of the items in this box. Of course when you get so many items there’s bound to be something you’re not over the moon about, right? And that’s why I love Love with Food. You get to try so many different snacks before committing to them. You’re introduced to brands and products you may not otherwise ever come across. Total win on this one!
